A: All items sold by Bespoke Outdoor are built to order to your specification, this does affect your statutory rights.
B: Once purchased, there is no guarantee an order can be cancelled, it is at the discretion of Bespoke Outdoor.
We will not unreasonably prevent cancellation, and will aim to work with you, the customer, to either modify or partly refund your order if possible. We reserve the right to make a final judgement on a case-by-case basis.
C:The format all our products follow for sizing is external length x depth (width) x height. All measurements are in centimetres unless otherwise stated. Customers should allow a tolerance between the quoted figure and the finished product. This is to allow for saw blade thickness, wood thickness variation and additional labour works such as sanding or planing. The item height can vary by several centimeters as a result of shrinking/swelling.
Internal dimensions will be provided upon request. Please ensure where items are designed for tight spaces you allow a reasonable tolerance, as we cannot accept returns if your item is larger than the space it was designed for.
D: Delivery timelines stated are subject to fluctuation. The timescales quoted for delivery are provided by 3rd party companies and we cannot be held liable for items which take longer to arrive.
If an item is missing in transit we allow a period of 30 days before offering either a refund or replacement.
We pass on all tracking information provided to us by our 3rd party couriers, we cannot ask for additional tracking details such as time of delivery, day of delivery or any other special requests unless explicitly agreed prior to sale.
E: All deliveries are to kerbside, front door or designated safe space. It is the discretion of the delivery driver which option is taken. Some of our items are too heavy to lift up and down stairs and therefore we ask all customers to notify us of stairs or any other potential infringement to heavy goods. Where an additional crew member is required for delivery, we reserve the right to pass on additional costs charged by our 3rd party delivery companies. We also reserve the right to pass on any additional charges incurred if you are not present to accept the delivery, as a signature will be required.
F: Items must be inspected for damage or defect IMMEDIATELY and reported to us within 24 hours of arrival. We cannot accept damage claims which are not reported within the first 24 hours. Photo evidence will be requested of the item, including photographs of how the item was delivered in it’s packaging.
Should an item arrive with damage, we will collect the item, repair it and return it. Where damage is deemed irreparable a replacement item will be provided. We do not issue refunds for items arriving damaged.
G: All Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
H: We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice or giving reason.
I: All products made with timber are, by default, made with a natural raw material which is subject to variation. It should be expected that all items may contain wood which has natural occurrences such as but not limited to: Knots, knot holes, hairline splits, grain pattern variation, small thickness variation, rough patches and other markings and patterns naturally found within timber. There will also be a small number of screw holes. All of these can be seen within the photos on our website and other selling platforms. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any concerns on the materials used.
