Where are you based?

Do you subcontract to builders, landscapers and furniture installation companies?
Yes, we are very welcoming of this type of work, we can also whitewash our branding or even add your branding to our products where required.
Do you use pressure treated wood?
Yes, all of the wood we use has a pressure treatment to ensure maximum outdoor lifespan. We do not surface treat products.
Do all planters have a lining?
Yes. Our planters always come with a membrane liner. We opt for a membrane over plastic for many reasons, mostly to allow excess water to escape the planter to prevent your plants over-saturating. The membrane is also bio-degradable and kinder to the environment.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We don’t operate an official warranty. We would however direct you to our multiple 5* reviews to ensure you that you’re making a great decision buying items from Bespoke Outdoor.
In the very unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your item, rest assured we will deal with it appropriately.
Do you have a showroom where I can see your items?
Our premises is set up as a workshop, but we are always happy to accommodate customers who are keen to see items before committing. We simply ask that you call ahead to ensure we have products similar to your requirements that we can show you ready for viewing.
What are your product lead times?
