Please note the following important points when ordering this item:

Area Preparation: A level base MUST be in place PRIOR to delivery. Ensure the base is marginally bigger than the product purchased. If this item is left on uneven ground the structure will twist causing door issues.

Delivery: Items are delivered pre-assembled, therefore we regret we cannot deliver through houses or down narrow alleyways. Clear, level access is essential. We reserve the right to leave the item at the doorstep or as close to as possible if you have not considered the access route. Delivery is by a 2 man crew, no assistance will be required. Deliveries can take place on any day of the week, including Sundays & Bank Holidays during busy periods. We will provide a delivery date in advance. Whilst we will always try to work around your specific requirements we cannot guarantee this.
